Mindfulness Based Therapies and Emotional Regulation
All about Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the common factor in many therapies and is based in the practice of meditation and emotional regulation. Mindfulness is about being more present in our lives, observing everything without any judgement and cultivating acceptance.
It is highly recommended for stress management, depression or chronic pain patients. However, anyone interested in a deeper understanding of themselves or improving their coping mechanisms can be benefited from this therapies.
Individual and in group sessions are available. Groups require a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 12. In every case sessions last 1h.

Due to coronavirus the Spanish Government has enforced several restrictions and social distancing measures to fight this crisis. For everyone's safety our Mindfulness programs are only available in the ONLINE version.
Mindfulness sessions to learn how to use meditation as a coping mechanism for our daily stressful events.
Relapse prevention program for patients that suffered from depression in the past or patients currently under treatment as a complement to their therapy.
Sessions for chronic pain patients attending their specific needs and highly effective for pain management.
